Main features :
This machine is a six-axis CNC gear skiving machine. This machine contains three CNC linear shafts, namely radial feed shaft (X-axis), axial feed shaft (Z-axis), and tangential motion shaft (Y-axis). It also contains three CNC rotating shafts, namely cutter rotating shaft (C1-axis), worktable rotating shaft (C2-axis), and toolpost rotating shaft (A-axis). This machine can realize the four-axis linkage control.
1. All shafts are directly controlled by independent AC servo motors, featuring short drive chain, good drive stiffness, and high drive accuracy. The worktable rotating shat (C2-axis) and hobbing cutter spindle rotating shaft (C1-axis) are directly driven by built-in spindle motors to eliminate the return gap of gears.
2. The hobbing cutter spindle (C1-axis) can realize stepless speed regulation within the range of 1~4,000RPM.
3. All slideway pairs adopt the high-precision high-stiffness linear roller slideways, featuring good drive stiffness, high carrying capacity, and high motion linearity.
4. This machine adopts all-digital control by Siemens 828D system. The EGB electronic gearbox is installed to substitute the functions of various change gears in conventional machines. This machine can realize by software control the changeover of machining processes for internal gears, external gears, and helical gears and the machining of bevel gears, drum gears, and gears with additional asymmetric features. In addition, it can be applied for the skiving of hard tooth faces and for partial machining in place of grinding process, especially for the grinding of internal gears.
