Y7226CNC CNC gear grinding machine with worm grinding wheel is equipped with SIEMENS 840DSLS numerical control system and 12 numerically controlled shafts to realize the five-axis linkage control. With the realization of full-automatic control on the automatic balance of grinding wheel, automatic alignment of cutter, automatic dressing, automatic clamping of workpieces, automatic alignment of teeth, and automatic grinding, it’s especially suitable for the high-precision grinding of hard tooth face cylindrical gears in large volumes in the automotive, new energy vehicle, motorcycle, and transmission industries.
1)The double workpiece spindle design is adopted so that one workpiece spindle can fulfill the loading/unloading of workpiece and the alignment of teeth while the other workpiece spindle is grinding. Therefore, this machine can significantly improve the machining efficiency.
2)The all-new multi-station switching toolpost design and the high-precision two-piece contrate gear guarantee the repeated positioning accuracy during the switchover of workpiece spindles. It’s applied with innovative central lifting and top oscillating drive mode, which incorporates the tensioning and damping function to improve the machine reliability.
3)The direct drive technology is applied for grinding wheel spindle and workpiece spindle, the maximum grinding linear speed up to 80m/s and the maximum speed of the workpiece spindle is 2,000rpm to meet the increasing demands on the grinding efficiency of few teeth gears in the new energy vehicle industry nowadays.
4)The built-in dynamic balance head installed on the grinding wheel shaft, the vibration sensor installed on the grinding wheel carriage, and the dynamic balance controller installed in the control cabinet form the online dynamic balance system for the grinding wheel to realize the uniform distribution of allowance during trimming and grinding, effectively improve the grinding quality of workpiece and the life of spindle, and eliminate the collision due to maloperations.
