Y4830CNC is a 7-axis 5-linkage CNC high-power gear honing machine with internal gear honer, in which the numerically controlled shafts include the honer carrier radial feed shaft (X-axis), honer carrier axial feed shaft (Z1-axis), workbench axial feed shaft (Z2-axis), honer carrier angular rotating shaft (A-axis), column swinging shaft (B-axis), honer rotating shaft (C1-axis), and workbench rotating shaft (C2-axis). This machine boasts 7-axis 5-linkage function and can realize the radial, axial, and swinging high-power honing modes.
The main features of this machine are as below:
1. With high honing productivity, this machine can reduce the gear noise, improve the gear carrying capacity, prolong the gear life, improve the gear tooth face roughness (<Ra0.63um), and realize grade 5~6 gear accuracy.
2. The machine spindle and workpiece spindle adopt high-precision direct drive technology, featuring short drive chain and high machining accuracy.
3. The humanized operation interface and the user software of proprietary intellectual property rights are applied to realize automatic high-power honing process and automatic allowance compensation.
4. The direct drive Z2-axis linear motor, the intelligent clamping force control, and the automatic thermal deformation compensation technology guarantee the honing requirements of high-precision gears.
5. The constant force machining is realized by constant crossed axis angle machining. The workpiece phase detection and automatic tooth alignment technology are developed to realize the automated honing of gears.
