Main Features:
YW4240CNC CNC gear shaving machine is a full-functional CNC gear shaving machine developed by our company with the application of all-new processing principle, featuring advanced control technology, good machine rigidity, high processing accuracy, and extremely easy operations and adjustments. This machine adopts 5-axis CNC system (FANUC 0I F), namely cutter spindle rotating (C-axis), cutter radial feeding (Z-axis), cutter tangential feeding (Y-axis), worktable axial feeding (X-axis), and toolpost rotating (A-axis).
Main features:
1. This machine discards the mechanical structure that shaves the drum gears and small taper gears by lateral oscillation of worktable. Instead, while shaving the drum gears and small taper gears, various linear coordinate shafts drive the cutters and workpiece for mutual motions along preset space curves to form ideal tooth curves and eliminate the intrinsic weaknesses (Impaired machine rigidity and machining accuracy) of traditional gear shaving machines.
2. The control software of proprietary intellectual property rights developed independently by our company is applied to realize clear and legible control interface and easy and convenient programming. When the related cutter, workpiece, and machining parameters are inputted directly, the system can automatically generate the machining program to realize the parameterized program of CNC gear shaving machine in true sense. The programs ever used can be saved for future use.
3. Four shaving methods, namely axial, radial, tangential, and diagonal shaving methods, are provided to shave drum gears and small taper gears. If the special software is installed, this machine can also be used for shaving of gears of special tooth curves.
4. The X-axis, Y-axis, and Z-axis motions are driven by servo motors through imported high-precision high-stiffness ball screw through shortest mechanical drive. The X-axis, Y-axis, and Z-axis slideways adopt imported high-precision high-stiffness roller linear slideways.
5. To ease the change of cutters, the cutters are locked by imported liquid plastic nuts.
