Main Features :
Y4232CNC CNC gear shaving machine can be applied for the finish machining of spur gears, helical gears, and stem gears and is suitable for the mass production in the automotive and motorcycle industries. The shaved accuracy is up to grade 6 of GB/T10095-2008 and the surface roughness is superior to Ra0.8. This machine is a four-axis CNC gear shaving machine: Main motion (C-axis) driven by spindle motor, radial feeding (Z-axis) driven by servo motor, toolpost rotating (A-axis) driven by servo motor, and toolpost circular slide oscillating (taper) servo motor (B-axis). This machine can be used for radial gear shaving and for the shaving of drum gears and small taper gears.
The machine is installed with standard FANUC 0i-F CNC system and its main electric parts adopt renowned brand products both home and abroad.
Machine characteristics:
1. The bed and the column are integrally designed to enhance the overall stiffness. The toolpost is capable of 90° rotation so that the operator can install and disassemble the shaving cutter from the front side to ease the cutter change.
2. The high-precision high-stiffness rolling bearings are applied for the cutter spindle to achieve good spindle stiffness, high rotating accuracy, and easy installation and disassembling of gear shaving cutters.
3. The radial feeding is driven by large diameter high-precision high-stiffness high-preload ball screw. The installation position of the screw is straightly aligned with the cutting point of cutter to achieve higher feeding accuracy and machine stiffness.
4. The toolpost slide circular slideways are driven by servo motor (B-axis) to easily realize the radial shaving of taper gears and the compensation of taper error.
5. The independently developed gear shaving control software of proprietary intellectual property rights is applied. When the corresponding cutter, workpiece, machining parameters, and tooth alignment error compensation are directly inputted in the clear and convenient operating interface, the machining program can be generated automatically in the background to realize parametric programming.
6. The machine is installed with thermal balance compensator to ensure the dimensional consistence of gear shaving cross-rod distance.
7. The machine can be installed with a manipulator (Trussed type or articulated type), which can work with left and right powered tailstock and automatic loading/unloading device to further promote the automation level, increase the productivity, and lower the operator’s labor strength.
