Main features:
This machine is a four-axis three-linkage CNC gear shaping machine and its control shafts include: X-axis (Radial feeding motion), C1-axis (Cutter rotating motion), and C2-axis (Workpiece rotating motion). A variable-frequency and variable-speed motor is installed for the spindle to realize the stepless speed regulation of the main motion.
This machine is installed with standard SIEMENS 828D system and with common communication interface. This machine features following characteristics:
1. The toolpost structure is applied with static pressure slideways and static pressure bearings to meet the need of high speed strokes and achieve excellent precision retainability.
2. The machine fulfills the radial cutting motion by worktable movement along bed and the back-off motion by oscillating toolpost. The bed is a foundation component double-wall structure welded from steel plates, featuring excellent thermal stability, and is installed with injection molded slideways to remarkably reduce the friction coefficient of radial motion. The grade 4 high-precision beveloid worm gear pairs are applied for the toolpost and worktable to achieve short indexing drive chain.
3. This machine is designed with novel double-cam back-off mechanism to reduce the toolpost weight and mitigate the impact vibration caused by the cam manufacturing error.
