Main features:
This machine is a four-axis three-linkage CNC gear shaping machine and its CNC shafts include X-axis (Radial feeding motion), C1-axis (Cutter rotating motion), C2-axis (Worktable rotating motion), and Z-axis (Toolpost slide vertical motion). The variable-frequency and variable-speed motor is installed to realize the stepless speed regulation of the main motion.
This machine is installed with standard SIEMENS 828D system and with common communication interface. The human-machine interface is applied to realize the parametric programming.
This machine features good stiffness, novel structure, complete functionality, and high safety and reliability and is applicable for the high-efficiency mass production of internally/externally engaged cylindrical gears, multiplex gears with shoulders, sector gears, and combination gears. This machine features following characteristics:
1. The bed is installed with rectangular large-plane mold injected slideways to realize excellent drive stiffness, high support capacity, good shock resistance, low friction coefficient, and high motion linearity. The high-precision beveloid worm gear pairs are applied for the toolpost and worktable.
2. This machine is designed with novel double-cam back-off mechanism to reduce the toolpost weight and mitigate the impact vibration caused by the cam manufacturing error.
3. The novel and reliable toolpost slide structure with automatic adjustable cutter station is applied to expand the machining scope and realize the machining of deep internal ring gears.
