Main Features :
This machine is a CNC high-speed four-axis three-linkage gear shaping machine installed with Siemens 828D CNC system. Four shafts include radial feeding shaft (X-axis), worktable rotating shaft (C2-axis), cutter rotating shaft (C1-axis), and spindle of stroke variable-frequency speed regulation.
This machine features 1,750 cycles/min stroke speed and extensive circumferential and radial feeding rates. The diversified cycle modes can be realized by simple programming, featuring novel high circumferential feeding rate and automatic speed change function for course and finish gear shaping. This machine features good stiffness, novel structure, complete functionality, and high safety and reliability and is applicable for the high-efficiency mass production of internally/externally engaged cylindrical gears, multiplex gears with shoulders, sector gears, and combination child gears. The performance characteristics are as below:
1) High productivity
The static pressure slideways and the static pressure bearings are applied for the toolpost structure of this machine to meet the high-speed stroke needs.
2) Excellent stiffness
The machine fulfills the radial cutting motion by column movement along bed and the back-off motion by oscillating toolpost. The bed is a foundation component double-wall structure made of high-density cast gray iron, featuring excellent thermal stability, and is installed with injection molded slideways to remarkably reduce the friction coefficient of radial motion.
Short drive chain, the high-precision beveloid worm gear pairs are applied for the toolpost and worktable.
3) Low vibration and noise of machine
This machine is designed with novel double-cam back-off mechanism, featuring the advantages in following three aspects:
