Main features:
YN5132CNC CNC gear shaping machine is a four-axis three-linkage CNC gear shaping machine in longitudinal layout that realizes the back-off motion by oscillating toolpost, the radial feeding by moving column, and the inclined back-off motion by laterally offsetting column parts. This machine is installed with standard SIEMENS-828D CNC system and its control shafts include X-axis (Radial feeding motion), C1-axis (Cutter rotating motion), and C2-axis (Workpiece rotating motion). A variable-frequency and variable-speed motor is installed to realize the stepless speed regulation of the main motion.
This machine is used for the machining of cylindrical spur disc gears, multiplex gears, internal and external gears, and sector gears, with maximum workpiece diameter at 320mm, maximum modulus at 6mm, and maximum gear width at 70mm. Depending on the user’s needs, this machine can be used for machining of stem gears, helical gears, and small taper gears if installed with special accessories.
Features of this machine:
(1) The sliding slideways are applied for the radial feeding of this machine to realize excellent shock resistance and high guide precision and meet the high-precision repeated positioning requirement. The high-precision beveloid worm gear pairs are applied for the toolpost and worktable.
(2) The short drive chain features steady running, good stiffness, high productivity, low noise, complete function, extensive adaptability, and convenient operations, adjustments, and maintenances of machine.
(3) The machine incorporates the steady and reliable cutter stop function.
(4) By means of the cutter center beyond the workpiece center, a back-off cam is used to achieve the back-off of internal and external gears.
(5) A simple and reliable adjustment mechanism is especially designed to compensate the inclination of cutter spindle vertical geometric position beyond the machine permissible error due to the wear of back-off cam and roller.
(6) The optional static pressure toolpost (If installed), which includes static pressure slideways and static pressure bearings, can meet the need of high speed strokes and incorporate excellent precision retainability.
